My College Legacy….
My most proudest college achievement is my ability to sneak into and hang out at/in colleges that I had no business being in. I think it all started with Harvard. Heck, last May, I snuck into and hung out and Harvard again. But from Harvard, I quickly added MIT, Tufts, BU, and for a few times, Wellesley.
That’s Wellesley, the all womyn’s institute that Hillary Clinton graduated from.
The lesson learned there was, if you act like you belong some place, no one will ever think differently. Keep your head up. Act like you know where you’re going. If the odd chance comes up, help the people around you.
Above all, don’t act nervous.
So when I read this article about Google.com’s lunch, I just had to laugh. I wish I was in the Bay area, so I could try my hand at this game. I think I could rack up some serious points.
It’s not like I don’t have any experience doing this. ANd I DO like to eat.
